CORE & MORE
Strength conditioning with an emphasis on core. Improve your strength, balance, endurance and flexibility with this dynamic class. Each week the class training style will vary (HIIT, Tabata, core exercise, stretch, PiYo: pilates & yoga fusion) and use of equipment (gliders, weights, balls, BOSU, TRX, bands, kettle bells). This 60-minute class is suitable for all levels of experience (from beginners to advanced).
KUNDALINI YOGA
Known as the yoga of awareness that helps to strengthen your endocrine and nervous system using pranayama (breathwork), kriya (a set of movements used to achieve a specific result), mantra (chanting or singing), mudras (hand positions) and meditation. This 75-minute hatha yoga class is suitable for all levels of experience (from beginners to advanced).
MEDITATION
Relieve stress and anxiety, improve sleep and overall health with meditation using pranayama (breathwork), movement (light movement or stretches), meditation (mindfulness, focus, mantra, mudra) and savasana (deep relaxation) to bring you to a calm state. This 45-minute class is suitable to all levels of experience (from beginner to advanced).
CLASS POLICY:
You must sign up for the set, if you miss a class, you can make it up during that set. It is up to you to ensure that you make up a missed class. Make up classes can be any classes listed in the same price category, provided there is space available in that class. Pre-registration is required as class sizes are limited. 24 hours notice are required to cancel a class.
**If your schedule and availability is consistent, you have the option to pay the drop-in fee.
